1.If you eat more of what you should, you will eat less of what you shouldn’t.

7.When eating out, ask for what you want and how you want it prepaired.  This is not only a weight conscious world, it is also a health conscious one.

8.Don’t set yourself up to fail.  If you are planning a very social weekend, make sure foods and drinks that are healthy are also available for you.  If they are not, eat before you go.

9.After you have reduced to your weight loss goal, another lesson to be learned is how to keep it off.

10.When you are truly happy with yourself, you have more of yourself to give to others.
